Terms / Order Handling / Delivery

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed the same working day before 11am EST (8am PST), or the next working day from when payment has cleared. You will receive an email receipt once dispatched, an email on the day of delivery, and an email once-delivered.

You will also receive an email if our carrier has any problems with delivery. We pride ourselves with keeping you updated every step of the way. We will not spam you, and you can unsubscribe to notifications if you so wish.

US Delivery Information:

We offer Free US Delivery as standard. Your order will be sent free - and generally will be with you within 4 - 7 working days by DHL or an alternate carrier.

Get Tracked Expedited Delivery to expedite your order processing and dispatch by UPS. Depending on your state, this will arrive within 2 - 3 days once dispatched.

International Delivery Information:

For Canada orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 7 - 14 working days. Shipping upgrades are available to expedite this. Free Delivery orders for Canada arrives between 14 - 28 days.

For European orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 7 - 12 working days - shipping upgrades are available. 

For everyone else in the world  - we generally expect your orders to arrive between 7 - 14 working days. However, please allow up to 21 working days from day of dispatch.


International Orders

On your credit / debit card / payment statement, the charge will appear in your local bank currency. Our store will display the price in US Dollars. We ship international orders every day. Please select the region correctly so correct taxes and postal rates are applied, any mistakes and you may end up paying extra. Sometimes a Customs Fee is charged, then the package is picked up from the post office, or when it is delivered - unfortunately, we cannot be responsible these fees - check on the internet for any potential fees that might be incurred. 

Conditions of Sale

It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not LockPickWorld, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item ordered. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. No Sales are permitted to Minors. Therefore, orders paid by money order require proof of age, ie. copy of driver's license or birth certificate. By placing an order, the buyer asserts that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner, that he/she is of legal age, and has never been convicted of a felony. By placing an order for locksmithing tools, the buyer asserts to be, without fraud or deception, a bonafide member of the locksmithing industry, or other qualified personnel.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice.
LockPickWorld do not accept responsibility for illegal misuse, loss or damage to any property caused by use of our tools, completing a purchase means you understand and agree to this.

Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied, you may return anything you purchase from LockPickWorld for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, as long as they are in new condition, meaning THE TOOL(S) HAVE NOT BEEN USED. We will credit your credit/debit card, PayPal account within 15 day of the time we receive your return.

If you received free shipping and you return an item because you no longer want it, we will charge the shipping and handling costs to you by taking it from the refund.

If you receive a defective product from us email  Please do not return defective products without authorization. In most cases we will swap your defective item for a new one, although this is decided on a case by case basis.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed.  If you request a cancellation and internally it is too late, please refuse the shipment, and we will credit your card or issue a refund when the order is returned to us.

Customers are liable for the return shipping cost of returned items. All returns must be accompanied by a relevant RMA number (please contact our support staff before returning a product).

We may occasionally refund resends, but this is on a case-by-case basis.


Please ensure that you have checked all local laws in regards to the purchase and ownership of lock picks in your area before you buy a lock pick set. It is your responsibility! Lock Pick World employees cannot advise you on the legal nature of lock picks in your area. By placing an order, the buyer asserts that the products will be used in a lawful manner and that they are of legal age!
