Shipping and Payment Processing

Order Processing and Packaging:

Orders will be processed at our Florida warehouse the same working day if you have completed your order before 12pm, or the next business day from when payment has cleared. You will receive an email receipt once dispatched.

All LockpickWorld packages are sent in an unbranded, plain protected bubble-bags or in a protective cardboard box. We have sent thousands of orders to happy customers and uniquely to us, our automated systems will keep you in the loop (via email or SMS if you've chosen that option at checkout) throughout the whole delivery process. We generally use a more economical DHL shipping service for our "Free Shipping" customers, and generally use UPS for our 3-day shipped "Tracked and Expedited" option when sending out orders. If you have a preference for either courier, then choose the relevant shipping type on the delivery page at checkout.

US Shipping Information: 

We offer free US shipping on orders over $35 as standard. Your order will be sent to you absolutely free, and it will typically arrive within 4-8 days after dispatch. If there are any pandemic issues in your area, delivery times may be affected depending on the localized situation.

For faster delivery, you can choose our Priority Delivery option. This will expedite your order processing and dispatch, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 business days from payment completion.

We typically ship orders via UPS (priority), DHL (free), and USPS (free). However, due to nationwide carrier congestion and parcel traffic, we may have to change the shipping carrier we use for your order. We will always do our best to deliver your parcel in the most efficient way possible.

 

International Shipping Information:

For Canada orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 10 - 20 working days. With Priority shipping, your items should arrive between 5 - 10 working days.

For European orders with standard delivery - you should receive your items within 5 - 10 working days - shipping upgrades are available. 

For everyone else in the world  - we generally expect your orders to arrive between 7 - 14 working days. However, please allow up to 21 working days from day of dispatch.

We understand that you would like your picks immediately. We routinely sell quality lock picks at hugely prices and in great quantities. Your orders will be sent on their way to you as soon as humanly possible! Conditions of Sale

Our products are available to responsible adults over the age of 18 years, for use in professional or hobby lock opening and locksport.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice.
LockPickWorld does not, and cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any property caused by use of our tools, completing a purchase means you understand and agree to this.

International Orders

On your credit / debit card / payment statement, the charge will appear in your local bank currency from LPWorld. Our store will display the price in US Dollars. We ship international orders every day. Please select the region correctly so correct taxes and postal rates are applied, any mistakes and you may end up paying extra. Sometimes a Customs Fee is charged, then the package is picked up from the post office, or when it is delivered - unfortunately, we cannot be responsible these fees - check on the internet for any potential fees that might be incurred. 

Return / Cancellation / Refund Policy

NOTE:

The lack of ability on an individual's part to use lock picking tools successfully does not establish an item as defective. Lock picks cannot be returned for this reason.This is because you have used them and they are no longer able to be sold as new, since lock picking shows signs of wear.


The ONLY returns of lock picks accepted by Lockpickworld are those those with manufacturers defects. Lock Picks are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 days.

If you are unsatisfied you may request a refund from LockPickWorld for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase as long as they are in a new and unopened condition. We deal with these on a case by case basis. We will credit your credit/debit card, PayPal account within 15 days of the time we receive your return.

If you receive a defective product from us email hello@lockpickworld.com.  Please do not return defective products without authorization.  In most cases, after examining your defective tool, a replacement product will be sent to you or we will swap your defective item for a new one.

Customers are liable for the return shipping cost of returned items. All returns must be accompanied by a relevant RMA number (to be obtained from our support staff).

If you received free shipping and you return an item because you no longer want it, we will charge the shipping and handling costs to you by taking it from the refund.

Making a return is simple. We'll provide you with an RMA number and an address. Please WAIT for us to give you these details or we cannot retrieve your return.

Books and DVDs are not returnable 

Order cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. If you request a cancelation and internally it has already passed the dispatch phase, please refuse the shipment and we will credit your card or issue a refund check when the order is returned to us.

Customers are liable for the return shipping cost of returned items.

Pandemic status (where relevant) : 

I want to reassure you that LockPickWorld is fully operational and we are here to provide you with the same ongoing exceptional service you have come to expect. As a small family-sized company of lock/pick fanatics, all of us are working from home and practicing social distancing as recommended by health and safety experts. 

Our warehouse staff have distanced meetings regularly, continue to disinfect all surfaces regularly, follow strict hygiene precautions and engage in drop-off-only interaction with our delivery couriers.
