Locksport sponsorship
Lock Pick Sponsorship for Locksport Clubs, Schools and Events
Running a locksport club, a campus security society or a lockpick village? We sponsor clubs and events with the gear that keeps a table busy: practice locks that new pickers can open in their first ten minutes, lock pick sets they can learn on, and tension tools for every keyway on the table.
Tell us what you run below. Every application is read by our team, and we reply to every one.
What we can send
Practice locks for sessions
Clear and progressive practice locks let a new picker see the pins set while they feel it through the pick. That first open is what brings people back to the table.
Starter kits for new members
The Lokko Beginners Box puts picks, tensioners, practice locks and a step-by-step guide in one box, so a newcomer walks away with everything they need to keep going.
Pro sets for competitions
A Dangerfield Praxis makes a prize worth competing for: 16 dual-gauge picks, 5 tensioners and a leather wallet in Starship-grade 301 stainless.
Books for the club library
The Beginners Visual Guide has 170+ pages and 200+ color illustrations, so members can connect what their fingers feel with what the pins are doing between meetings.
Sponsorship for clubs
We sponsor locksport clubs at universities and colleges, high school cybersecurity and STEM clubs, and hackerspaces that run regular picking nights. We build each box around your headcount and your plans, whether that's weekly sessions, a club fair table or a speed-picking night.
University and college clubs
List LockPickWorld on your club website or sponsors page with a link to lockpickworld.com, and send us a photo or two from a session with the kit in use.
High school clubs
Your staff advisor applies, and we ship the box to the school addressed to them. A mention in your club newsletter, booster program or social posts is all we ask.
Hackerspaces and security clubs
Tell us how often you run picking nights and how many people come. A sponsor listing and a photo from the night keeps the next box coming.
Events and lockpick villages
A lockpick village table at a hacker con, a CTF or a campus security day gets hundreds of hands on locks in a weekend. We supply the gear that keeps that line moving.
Practice locks in volume
Enough clear and progressive locks for a busy table, so nobody waits long for a turn.
Starter kits to give away
Lokko Beginners Boxes for the people who open their first lock at your table and want to keep going at home.
Prizes for competitions
Pro sets for speed-picking and challenge-lock winners, so the leaderboard has something worth chasing.
In return we ask for a sponsor listing with a link on your event website, a mention at the table, and a few photos from the weekend. Apply at least 6 weeks before your event so we can build and ship your box in good time.
What we ask in return
List us as a sponsor
Add LockPickWorld to your website or sponsors page with a link to lockpickworld.com, so people know where the gear came from.
Share a session
Send us a photo or two with the kit in use. We love seeing a full table of people picking.
Tell us what worked
A quick note afterwards on which locks and tools got the most use helps us build a better box for the next club or event.
How it works
- Fill in the form with your club or event, your website and your sponsors page if you have one.
- We look over your application and come back to you, usually within a week, with what we can send.
- We ship your box to the organiser, with free shipping to any US address.
- You list us as a sponsor and share a photo from your next session or event.
LockPickWorld is run by Chris Dangerfield, 20+ years in locksport, and trusted by 100,000+ customers with 4.5★ from 11,800+ reviews. We want more people picking, and a good club or a busy village table is the best place to start.
Questions we get asked
Who can apply?
Locksport clubs at US universities and colleges, high school cybersecurity and STEM clubs through their staff advisor, hackerspaces and security clubs that run regular picking sessions, and US events with a lockpick village or picking table. New clubs and first-year events are welcome.
Do you sponsor high school clubs?
Yes. The club's staff advisor fills in the form, and we ship the box to the school addressed to them. Put the advisor's name in the form so we know who to send it to.
Do we need a website?
A club or event page is best, because that's where we'd be listed. If you only have a social page or a Discord for now, send that and tell us where a sponsors listing would go.
How far ahead should events apply?
At least 6 weeks before the event. Give us your dates and expected attendance, and we'll size the box to your table.
Can we apply every year?
Yes. Clubs grow, members graduate and events come round again, so apply each year and tell us how the last box went.
Our company wants a session, not a sponsorship. Where do we go?
For workplace sessions, see our team building lock picking page.
Apply for sponsorship
Give us the basics and a link to your club or event. A photo of your sessions or the kit you already have shows us where you're at, so we can build a box that fills the gaps instead of doubling up.
