• Slide pick into lock, 
• Check alignment with pins by gentle jiggling 
• Apply tension using built in tension tool
• Identify binding pin, the one with most resistance
• Pick binding pin by rotating turner
• When binding pin 'clicks' it's picked
• Identify next binding pin and pick it - then repeat
• When all pins are picked, the tension will turn plug/core and the lock is open
